Mentor's help- February 21, 2022

During this past week in Independent Study and Mentorship I got to meet with mentor for the second time. During this visit with my mentor on February 15th, 2022 we were more focused on my Final Product and how my Research Showcase would go. Also during this visit I hoped to find out some more information that would help me finish my script for my short film, so my mentor gave me some helpful tips about how to improve my script for my Final Product Project. He gave me some ideas on how to make the short film more realistic by talking with some teenagers who are homeless. He gave me this idea because my Final Product Project which is going to be a short film about a teenager who dropped out of college to pursue art. Another thing I was looking for during this visit was some information about how to create a more interesting presentation for the Research Showcase. He gave me the idea to have some objects that people can touch or play with while I am presenting, so they are more interested to come over to my board. My mentor said that he would lend me a 1920's camera that I could have in front of my board to make people more drawn to my board.
